Community Code of Conduct: Generations Retreat & Grow Farm is a shared space for healing, learning, and connection across generations, and all who gather here agree to move with care and intention.

Honoring Land & Ancestry: We recognize that we are on the ancestral lands of the Wabanaki Confederacy and commit to respecting the land, river, plants, animals, and the people who have stewarded this place. We practice regenerative farming methods and prioritize caring for this space for those who come after us.

Care for One Another: We treat all people with kindness, dignity, and respect, honoring boundaries, identities, and lived experiences while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and family-centered environment.

Personal Responsibility: Each person is responsible for their actions and impact, including helping care for shared spaces, being mindful of behavior and language, and supporting the safety and well-being of children and families.

Safety & Substance Guidelines: To maintain a safe and grounded environment, there is no littering, fighting, drug use, cigarette smoking, or hard alcohol permitted on the land.

Respect for the River & Natural Spaces: We engage with the river and surrounding ecosystems with awareness, supervise children near water, and ensure our presence does not harm the environment.

Shared Understanding: This is a community-rooted space where we learn together; when harm arises, we commit to addressing it with accountability, care, and a focus on restoring relationships. By being here, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a culture of respect, responsibility, and connection.
